‘The Play that Goes Wrong’ Workshops

Get ready for chaos, comedy, and catastrophe — all on purpose! In this exclusive 3-hour workshop, students will dive into the world of The Play That Goes Wrong, the Olivier Award-winning smash hit that’s left audiences in stitches across the globe.
Led by a West End performer who has appeared in the show, you’ll explore the art of physical comedy, timing, and improvisation while working on a scene straight from the play. Discover how the pros make “going wrong” look so right, and experience the laughter, teamwork, and skill that keeps this show a West End favourite.
The workshop also includes a Q&A, where our special guest will share behind-the-scenes stories, mishaps (both real and rehearsed!), and insights into the life of a professional actor.
Open to all young performers – no experience required. Whether you’re a natural comedian or just keen to try something new, this is your chance to step into the spotlight and discover the joy of things spectacularly going wrong. Places are limited, so book now!
Our The Play That Goes Wrong workshops are not just limited to current students – they are open to all. Whether you’re looking to explore a new interest or further develop your skills, this is the perfect opportunity for fresh faces to get involved in the opportunities we offer at Simply Theatre. No prior experience at our academy is required. Everyone is welcome!
