‘Wicked’ Musical Theatre Workshops

Experience the magic of Wicked like never before! This 3-hour workshop gives students the extraordinary chance to learn a song and choreography from one of the West End’s most legendary musicals. Taught by professional performer Rebecca Bottrill who has played Elphaba on the legendary West End stage!
Experience the magic of Wicked like never before with Rebecca Bottrill, who has performed as Elphaba and Nessa Rose in Wicked on the West End!
Rebecca’s impressive career spans across major West End productions, including Wicked, Frozen, Godiva Rocks and Robin Hood. Plus the UK tour of Priscilla Queen of the Desert. She has also appeared on television in Strictly Come Dancing (BBC) and Britain’s Got Talent (ITV), and has performed as a soloist for BBC Radio 2’s Friday Night is Music Night.
In this exclusive 3-hour workshop, Rebecca will teach participants a song and choreography from Wicked, one of the West End and Broadway’s most iconic musicals, sharing insider insights and stories from her time performing in Wicked on the London stage. The session will conclude with a Q&A, giving students the chance to ask questions, gain professional tips, and hear what life is really like behind the curtain of a major West End show.
These workshops are open to everyone – you don’t have to be a Simply Theatre student to take part. Whether you’re new to performing or already experienced, this is your chance to step into Elphaba’s world, build confidence, and feel the buzz of West End theatre for yourself.

Our Wicked workshops are not just limited to current students – they are open to all. Whether you’re looking to explore a new interest or further develop your skills, this is the perfect opportunity for fresh faces to get involved in the opportunities we offer at Simply Theatre. No prior experience at our academy is required. Everyone is welcome!
