Weekly drama and performing arts classes for 4 to 18-year-olds in Zurich

Simply Theatre is Switzerland’s leading English-speaking drama and performing arts training company. Established in 2005, we strive to enrich lives and brighten futures through our weekly courses, summer holiday camps, and professional and academy productions.

Our unique and nurturing courses take place in English. Our weekly classes help children develop theatrical and acting skills, boost confidence, build life skills and create lasting friendships.

Simply Summer Camps in Zurich

Each summer our week-long camps offer children and young people from 5 to 18 years old the opportunity to work with experienced theatre practitioners. Each week-long course has a specific focus, set against a background of fun theatre games and exercises, song and movement.

Each week-long course has a specific focus, set against a background of fun theatre games and exercises, song and movement. Students discover and learn key components of an actor’s training, meet new friends and develop many valuable life skills to take them well beyond the stage. All of our camps are delivered in English.

Term 1: Wednesday 27th August – Tuesday 16th December 2025
(Half term: Mon 6th October to Sat 18th October)
Term 2: Thursday 8th January – Saturday 18th April 2026
(Half term: Monday 9th to Thursday 19th February, No classes Fri 3rd – Monday 6th April)
Term 3: Friday 2nd May – Monday 23 June 2026 (inclusive)
(No classes: Thursday 14th – Saturday 16th May)

Simply Theatre Productions

Our magical theatre productions are the icing on the cake, broadening our student’s cultural experiences and providing high-quality theatre to English-speaking audiences in Switzerland. Our academy productions feature student actors from Simply Theatre Academy. Professionally directed, they stretch young talent to deliver electrifying performances.
