Step into the shoes of Broadway’s most notorious villains and discover the art of playing the bad guy (or gal)! In Villains Academy students will dive deep into the world of theatre’s most dastardly characters to learn what makes them so unforgettable. From cackling laughs to spine-tingling stares, this workshop is all about bringing larger-than-life villains to the stage.  Students will explore the craft of creating complex and compelling antagonists through characterisation, physicality, and dialogue. They’ll learn how to embrace the villains’ motives, use their bodies to command the stage, and deliver lines with just the right amount of sinister flair.
