Launch into the world of Taylor Swift and explore the art of storytelling through song in this exciting workshop. In this course, students will delve into the themes and emotions behind Taylor’s iconic tracks, from love and heartbreak to self-discovery and empowerment. Working together, students will create mini-musicals inspired by Taylor Swift’s lyrics, focusing on crafting compelling narratives, developing strong characters, and bringing her powerful songs to life through acting and performance. With a blend of singing, acting, and creative expression, students will gain confidence while refining their stage presence. Whether you’re a dedicated Swiftie or new to her music, Taylor Swift: Stories in Song is a fun and creative way to bring some of the most popular and emotional songs of our time to the stage!

Description
This course runs from 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday and is designed to teach students a variety of performance skills that they will then showcase at the end of the week in front of family and friends. Please arrive between 8:45 and 9:00 and pick up at 4pm. We offer late pick up until 5:30pm, but this must be pre-booked by enrolling in our ‘Stage Door Club’ course. Students are asked to bring their own lunches and water bottles. It is advised students wear or bring sunscreen as when the weather is nice, we enjoy lunches outside.
